Incorrect Item Ordered: If you ordered the incorrect item in error, you may return it to us at your own expense. The item must be returned in its original condition for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Incorrect Item Shipped: While it rarely happens (haha), if we shipped the incorrect item, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up and the correct item to be promptly reshipped to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days and we shall work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible.
